If you’ve walked along South Broad Street in recent months, you may have noticed what some of us at Studio Agoos Lovera spent a good chunk of 2011 doing:  converting an Italian restaurant into a university student dining hall.  Construction finished early this year, and the project got some ink in last week’s Philadelphia Business Journal as part of a larger story on local universities’ efforts to provide better dining amenities to attract students.
