1611 Walnut Street

Studio Agoos Lovera designed a new window wall unifying the lower two floors of 1611 Walnut Street, a five story commercial building, removing earlier infill and providing a two-story glazing system within the original stone archway with “spider clips” and glass “fins”, and adding new lighting and signage for a ground floor clothing store and a second-floor art gallery.
