New state-of-the-art offices were created for 160 Over 90, a full-service marketing communications agency headquartered on the 10th floor of One South Broad Street in Philadelphia. 160 Over 90 was looking for a modern, minimalistic and functional workspace that reflected their unique personality. Studio Agoos Lovera worked hand-in-hand with the agency’s leadership to provide this exceptional working environment. The offices include a variety of work spaces as well as a café with exposed ceiling and concrete countertop, a state of the art conference room with a perforated metal “floating” ceiling and an Avid Suite for video production.
