Villanova Long-Term Capital Assessment

Studio Agoos Lovera developed a Capital Renewal Plan and established Design Standards for future construction at Villanova University.  Seventy-three buildings were surveyed on a 254-acre campus and the results were provided in the form of a relational electronic database. This customized, user-friendly solution allows the University to access, update and prioritize information as part of a project envisioned to help plan for the costs associated with improving and maintaining these buildings over a fifteen year time frame. The database is tremendously flexible and can be used to manage almost any type of information about facilities that can be collected or generated from the condition of all aspects of buildings, code and sustainability issues and plan documents to planned capital renewal costs, maintenance schedules and warranties.
