Temple University – Temple Towers Dormitory

This project involves the complete interior and exterior renovation of a 630-bed, 210,000 s.f. dormitory on Temple’s main campus in North Philadelphia. Proposed improvements include upgraded common facilities, refurbishment and partial reconfiguration of student apartements, converting balconies to interior space, and replacement of mechanical and life-safety systems. Construction of the entire project took place in the Summer of 2009.
