The temple University International Apartments is a 75,000 s.f. residential facility sited adjacent to Temple University’s main campus in North Philadelphia.

The building was designed to include 106 one and two bedroom suites for a residential capacity of 202 student residents. The concept reinforces the residential scale of the neighborhood and contributes to its lively color palette; a trellised cafe, lobby and retail enliven the streetcape, and a sun-filled landscaped courtyard will provide students with a contemplative environment conducive for studying and relating.
