The existing middle school will be transformed with a 90,000 s.f. addition housing academic and music classrooms, a reading center and a library. One of the existing buildings, housing auditorium, gymnasium, cafetaria, and administrative offices, will be fully renovated. The project includes many sustainable features, including a geothermal heat pump system and a green roof.
