This 15-story Center City office building, built in 1913 as a hotel and listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Buildings, is being renovated as a 140-unit apartment building, with ground floor retail and a fitness center and management offices in a ornate second floor ballroom. Apartments will have views to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, the Cira Center and the Comcast Center. The building’s intricate Terra-cotta facades will be rehabilitated and illuminated.
