Locust Club Condominiums

Studio Agoos Lovera was commissioned by Ceebraid-Signal Cooperation to design an eight-story, seventeen-unit luxury condominium building at the former Locust Club site on Locust Street. The condominium units range in size from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet and include semiprivate elevator lobbies, large dining/living areas with fireplaces, libraries, and expansive terraces. In addition, the design incorporated the restoration and reuse of a historic town house at 1618 Locust Street.
