Girard College Assessment & Feasibility Study

This project involves the evaluation and condition assessment of thirteen buildings, comprising approximately 659,599 square feet of space, on the campus of Girard College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a feasibility study of future use scenarios for the school’s facilities.

The assessment work includes the documentation of current conditions, and the development of recommendations and establishment of priorities and cost estimates for remediation of deficiencies. All information produced or collected is organized into a customized, user-friendly electronic database.
