440 North Broad Street: Offices for the School District of Philadelphia

With a tight budget and an aggressive project schedule, the consolidated Administrative Offices of SDP utilized minimal architectural elements to reduce construction time for the former light-industrial space.  Relying primarily on modular workstations and movable seating arrangements to define space within the expansive floor plates, a plan was developed to maximize department-based work space while allowing for generous and casual breakout areas within each area.
