Oakmont Elementary School

Havertown, PA

The project consists of renovations to a former elementary school, dating from 1911, to accommodate the school district’s administrative offices. Former classrooms are carefully converted to private offices, suites, and meeting space. Renovations include a new elevator, finishes, toilet rooms, MEP systems, and a new exterior ramp to make the building accessible. Maintaining the historic character of the building was a critical component of the project.
