2. Project integration into Northern Liberties community

An architecturally well-conceived project such as Bridgman’s View Tower and Bridgman’s View Galleria and Garage provides for a seamless integration into the community’s existing physical fabric as described below:

  • A tree-lined promenade extending from Delaware Avenue and Poplar Street to Second and Brown Streets will allow for pleasurable community access to and from the     waterfront.
  • BVT will be architecturally well-scaled with a narrow profile as seen from the community.
  • BVT produces minimal shadows on the existing urban fabric.
  • BVT will have a highly efficient and relatively low-profile fully automated parking garage, minimizing car emissions.
  • BVT will have two levels of high-end retail as a contributor to Northern Liberties’ retail enterprise.
  • BVT’s new residents and guests will contribute to the existing retailers of Northern Liberties.
  • BVT will be an architectural jewel
